Information You Send
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider that delivers those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of the search terms. When you send a message, we receive the contents needed to answer it.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems may log an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of access. We use grouped log information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links may lead to Mercer County and New Jersey record portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services. Each destination controls information submitted there under its own policy. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process technical logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data only when valid legal process requires it.
Keeping Data Safe
The service uses an encrypted connection, and technical logs are retained only as long as needed for the listed purposes. Since the service has no visitor accounts, it does not hold an account password or user profile for visitors.
Visitors Under 18
This resource is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so that it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
New Jersey's Data Privacy Law, P.L. 2023 c.266, describes access, correction, deletion, and certain opt-out rights for covered personal data. Because this service retains very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and technical logs, then removing applicable information. Use the Contact page to request that review. Records held by New Jersey, Mercer County, or East Windsor custodians are outside our control, and requests about them belong with the applicable custodian.
